Core Power is a 45 minute comprehensive training programme designed to enhance posture, core strength, and flexibility. The primary focus of this class is core training, where the instructor will utilise bands and a ball to facilitate effective and precise exercise, thereby strengthening all regions of the body.
The class will incorporate various positions, including kneeling exercises. It is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, and we encourage everyone to participate in this enriching training experience
