Sometimes, you just need to unwind. The therapeutic benefits of spas, saunas, and steam rooms have been celebrated for centuries across various cultures. After a long day or an intense workout, our Spa, Sauna, and Steam Room are the perfect ways to relax and rejuvenate!

Spa

Temperature: 34 to 36 degrees.
Experience: Sit back and relax in the warm water while enjoying the numerous health benefits it offers.

Sauna

Temperature: Ranges from 70 to 95 degrees.
Benefits: Increases your body’s core temperature and promotes sweating.
Tip: A towel is highly recommended for use in the sauna.

Steam Room

Temperature: Maintained between 40 to 45 degrees with 100% humidity.
Tip: Please bring a towel for your comfort.

Conditions of Entry

Additional Fee: Usage of the spa, sauna, and steam room requires an extra fee (see below).
Prohibited Items: Oils, fragrances, shampoos, and creams are not allowed.
Time Limit: Maximum of 20 minutes in the Sauna and Steam Rooms.
Swimwear Policy: Recognized swimwear made of lycra or nylon must be worn at all times.
