Cycle focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. It's great for those looking to improve their outdoor cycling techniques. This workout targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings and of course, the heart - giving you an intense cardio and fat burning workout. The pace and speed will vary through the workout and instructors will give options to make sure everyone gets a great workout.
Cycle classes go for 45 minutes in our Cycle Studio.
Group fitness classes are included in all areas fitness memberships, otherwise, you can join classes casually or purchase multi-visit pass.
