Sometimes you just want to relax. The therapeutic benefits of spas, saunas and steam rooms have been realised for thousands of years by many cultures.

After work or a hard workout, our Spa, Sauna, and Steam Room is the perfect way to conclude your session!

 

Spa

The Spa varies in temperature between 34 and 36 degrees. You can sit and relax in the warm water and enjoy all the health benefits that come with it.

Sauna

The Sauna is a dry heat room that varies in temperature from 70 to a maximum of 95 degrees increasing your body’s core temperature and increasing sweating. A towel is highly recommended to be used in the sauna.

SAUNA

 

Steam Room

The Steam Room is set between 40 and 45 degrees with a relative humidity of 100%. Please bring a towel.

STEAM

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Usage of spa, sauna and steam room requires an additional fee (see below).
  • Use of oils, fragrances, shampoos, and creams is prohibited.
  • Time limit is maximum of 20 minutes for the Sauna and Steam Rooms.
  • You must wear recognised swimwear that is made of lycra or nylon at all times.
