Aqua Aerobics

About Our Classes

Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water.

It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions, and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness.

You don’t need to buy equipment if you don’t want to. Everything you need will be provided by your pool for use the lesson.

Please note the following information:

Selected classes are currently capped to a maximum number of participants for aqua classes.
Once a class time has reached the maximum participants allowed it will no longer show as being available, you can search and choose other class times.
After submitting a booking, you will receive an email confirming your class booking.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior. If you pre-book a class and fail to cancel or attend a penalty may be applied.
You can only book classes 3 days in advance.
Classes run for either 45 or 60 minutes; see fitness class timetable for more information.
All participants need to bring a towel when attending a group fitness class.
It is recommended all participants bring their own water bottle.
Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to a class.
No late arrivals will be allowed to participate in classes.
