  Super Circuit

A circuit style class that incorporates Plyometrics and strength stations.

  HIIT BLAST

A muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free-weights & resistance bands, this total body conditioning weight training program will tone & define your body.

Targets all muscle groups & combines traditional/functional exercises. Burn calories, sculpt muscles, and "burn" your body into great shape. Open to all fitness levels.

  TBT Tone

Focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs.
A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas.

This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. Our expert fitness instructors are there to help at every step of the way.

  MMAFIT

Take your boxing to the next level with our MMAFIT class. Combining the techniques of our boxing class with the conditioning used in MMA.

Punch, kick, elbow, knee, sprawl and break fall, You will do it all! Get the full body workout of MMA, without having to step in the cage.

  Mums & Bubs

Get Back in Shape, build Fitness & Strength with our Mums and Bubs Class.
This class is Child Friendly and loads of Fun. Get Fit, Tone up and build strgenth, with your little one by your side.

  Pilates

Concentrating on core strength and stability. Pilates teaches total body control.

  Express Cycle

Cycle is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout.
This 30 minute class will build endurance and provide great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.

Our classes are led by our expert fitness instructors and provide a fun group environment. No coordination required.

  Ultimate Cycle

Cycle is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout.

This 60-minute class is our Ultimate condition class, building fitness and providing a great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.

  Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition.

  Fit 4 Seniors

The benefits of strength training fitness for seniors and older adults are numerous and include arthritis relief, reducing the risk and severity of falls, weight maintenance, sleep improvement and a sense of mental well-being.

With a qualified fitness instructors you can rest assured that we will guide you through your fitness journey, providing support at every turn.

Not to mention a FREE coffee or tea at the end of your session.

  Barbell

Join our new Performance Lifting class with Coach Luis and be ready to improve performance in raw strength, conditioning, sprint speed, balance, jump height, coordination & flexibility for athletes in sports and fitness enthusiasts.

  Boxing

Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all-over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

Boxing is also great for stress relief. You'll also get an intense workout while improving your core strength at the same time.

  Hatha Yoga

This class offers techniques to perform internal cleaning of the body, control vital energy and yoga asana. Class is suitable for all ages.

Yogalates is the breakthrough workout that combines the best of Yoga and Pilates.

  Ultimate Conditioning

Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition.

This is a very unique training system. The sessions cater for people of all levels. ONLY attend if you are prepared to work!
