Aqua Aerobics classes are a fantastic way to enhance your traditional gym workout while enjoying the numerous benefits of water. Just a few sessions can significantly improve your overall fitness!

You don’t need to invest in equipment; everything you need will be provided for use during the lesson.

  • Class Capacity: Selected aqua classes are capped at a maximum number of participants. Once a class reaches its limit, it will no longer appear as available. Please explore other class times if needed.
  • Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the class. A penalty may apply if you fail to cancel or attend.
  • Advance Booking Classes can be booked up to 3 days in advance.
  • Class Duration Classes run for either 45 or 60 minutes; refer to the fitness class timetable for specifics.
  • What to Bring: All participants must bring a towel. It’s also recommended to bring your own water bottle.
  • Arrival Time: Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early; late arrivals will not be allowed to join the class.
