Waves Café is located within the foyer of Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre and can be accessed from within the Aquatic Centre, from the foyer (without having to pay to enter the Centre) and from outside via a take-away window.

What kind of coffee do you serve?

Toby’s Estate Wooloomooloo blend (Philip’s favourite coffee is a long black or a skim flat white, and Robert’s is a flat white.)

What kind of food is available

We offer a good selection of food, all made in house and to order. Full breakfast, lunch and take away home meals will be on offer.

100 per cent – we do catering not only for the party room next door, but for all kinds of parties and functions.

What do you like about the new Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre?

It’s a great location and an exciting new complex. There’s a lot of buzz in the community about it. It’s different for us, we’re excited to be bringing the coffee culture of the Inner West to The Hills.

What kind of areas do you have in the café?

We have both outdoor and indoor seating areas, as well as a coffee window. It's be a great place to have a coffee and chat after aqua or fitness classes, a meal with the kids after a swim, or to simply grab food to take home.

Anything else you’d like to tell us?

Quality and freshness is very important to us. These days, cafes in aquatic centres exceed people’s expectations. Gone are the days of meat pies and ice blocks, now if we sell meat pies they will be gourmet.
