The personalised meal plan contains tried and tested recipes that are tasty and nutritionally balanced with the foods you like and that fit in with your lifestyle to achieve your body goals. Every month you will receive a completely new meal plan with a new set of recipes so that you have plenty of variety of food options so that you enjoy and look forward to each and every meal to make it easy for you to stick to your diet.

We will monitor your progress every 1-2 weeks and provide you with an updated meal plan if required in order for you to keep you on track and meet your goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle building or improved health whilst maintaining your current physique.

5 week program

This 5 week program is suitable for those whom are just getting started on their body transformation journey and/or wish to trial our service. We will teach you the lifestyle habits and dietary skills you need to get started on your journey to achieve your body goals.  

15 week program

This 15 week program is suitable for those whom have already started on their body transformation journey but need and/or want a personal guide to make sure they achieve their weight loss or body building goals. We will be there with you every step of the way. This program will teach you the lifestyle habits and dietary skills you will need to achieve your body goals as well as how to implement them for life to maintain your fabulous body in to the future.

30 week program

This 30 week program is suitable for those whom have long term body transformation goals, i.e. need to lose a lot of weight, or build a lot of muscle to get 'ripped'. We will be there as your personal guide throughout your body transformation journey to make sure your goals are achieved. This program will teach you the lifestyle habits and dietary skills you will need to achieve your body goals as well as how to implement them for life to maintain your fabulous body in to the future.

Body goal meal plans

  1. KICK-START

This meal plan is for beginners who want to lose weight, particularly if you have a large amount to lose. Use this for 15-30 weeks, utilising either the ‘big-step diet’ approach or ‘3-2 diet’ approach (see Strategies for fat loss).

  1. CRUISE-CONTROL

This meal plan is for intermediate and advanced level weight loss. Once your weight loss slows down on the ‘kick-start’ plan, it is time to switch to the ‘cruise-control’ plan. This plan is for a more sustainable calorie intake for long-term weight loss and weight management.
